Here’s to the man with the gold pan Whose heart wasn’t hard to find. It was big as the country he lived in, And good as the metal he mined.

Saddle up and join us at the C.M. Russell Museum for an afternoon of family fun to honor the cowboy spirit of Charlie Russell at our annual Saddles and Spurs Family Event. There will be roping and horsemanship demonstrations throughout the afternoon. Activities for kids will include making cowboy hats, stick-horses, and other crafts with a western flair. Imagine yourself sitting with Charlie on the porch of his house while you enjoy the taste of a root beer float and watch games of horseshoes and stick-horse barrel racing on the Museum lawn! Events are free and open to the public.
