ART EXPLORERS SPRING 2010 at the C.M. RUSSELL MUSEUM!

Elementary students can immerse themselves in five weeks of art at the C.M. Russell Museum. Each week, a new project is presented that examines artistic styles, art movements, and works by famous artists. The topics we will cover include drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, and the photography with the pinhole camera.

Due to the growing interest in the Art Explorers program, we will offer the five week program of classes twice this spring. The first session runs from February 18 through March 25 and the second session is April 8 through May 6. The classes are held on Thursdays from 3:45 to 4:35 p.m. (except there will be no class on March 18). Space is limited. Students need to sign up for the entire five weeks in advance. Cost is $10 per student. To register call the C.M. Russell Education Department at 727-8787, ext. 347.
