Loni JudischGREAT FALLS, MT – The C.M. Russell Museum is pleased to announce Loni Judisch as the 2007 Dufresne Scholar and Internship Program recipient. A newly created program dedicated to developing the capabilities of future museum professionals, the Dufresne Scholar and Internship Program was established at the Russell Museum thanks to initial funding from the Dufresne Foundation as well as additional funding from Museum supporters. The program is a permanent endowment of the Russell Museum, and will annually recruit one college or graduate student from major universities throughout the West.

Opened in 1953, the C.M. Russell Museum’s mission is to collect, preserve, research, interpret, and educate on the art and life of Charles M. Russell. In addition, the Museum also focuses on the art and lives of Russell’s contemporaries, as well as art that depicts the culture, life, and country of Russell’s West. The Museum is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the summer.
