This summer marks the start of new summer classes at the C.M. Russell Museum, specifically for children entering first through fifth grades. Art Explorers Summer Classes will be held in the Discovery Gallery of the Russell Museum, located in Great Falls. The classes last for six weeks, and are held every other Thursday, beginning June 12th (then June 26, July 10, July 24, August 7, August 21). Classes will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Children will study art and nature by looking at different artistic styles, techniques and subject matter. This class is a great introduction for children to museums and culture.

Cost of the class is $5 per day or $25 for all six weeks. Supplies and snacks are included in the cost of the class. Space is limited, and registration required. Please call the Education Department at 406-727-8787, x347 for more information or to register.
